What is the induction process for new recruits?
OUR HR DEPARTMENT OFFERS NUMEROUS WAYS OF WELCOMING NEW RECRUITS: WELCOME GUIDE, “NEW RECRUIT” PACK AND EVEN A MENTORING SCHEME.
We offer our new recruits a mentor, in addition to their manager.
These mentors offer the new recruit guidance in terms of office life, introduction to the different teams, introduction to digital instruments, finding out about the different benefits offered by the works council (CE)…
