Description
DIATOMACEOUS EARTH INSECTICIDE AEROSOL is an insecticide made from fossilised micro-algae whose skeleton is mainly made up of silica, a mineral resembling small glass crystals. Insects and mites, such as ants, cockroaches, fleas, red lice and sowbugs, walk through the diatomaceous earth and become covered in the powder, which rapidly dries out through direct contact with the cuticle. The insects or mites dehydrate and die within a few hours. In the event of low temperatures or increased humidity, the action may be slower (one to two days). Diatomaceous earth is not resistant. Recommended for indoor and outdoor use. Laboratoire Francodex offers highly pure, non-calcined diatomaceous earth, reduced to a very fine powder.
